Friday after school I gave my first concert at the Seton School. Many people attended and sang along when I played ROW ROW YOUR BOAT. See video

Playdate at Eliza's Thursday 05/28/09

After school, I went to Eliza's house to practice for my piano concert on Friday. Because none of us can play under pressure, we practiced all afternoon.

A terrible case of the D diease Wednesday 5/27

Today I couldn't stop speaking D-language. For those of you who don't know what it is, it is replacing the first letter of the word with a D. Examples are: Hope and Dope, Cat and Dat etc.
For those of you who have it, the cure is washing your mouth out with soap. I know that it seems bad but it is the only cure.

Lobsterman at school today Tuesday 05/26/09

Today when I went to school, Mrs I. announced that we were going to have a lobsterman come and talk to us. At about 11am, he came along with Mrs G's class with a HUGE trap to our classroom. He brought 2 live lobsters in a cooler and let us touch them. It felt surpriseingly smooth. He told us that a little lobster can travel up to 60' per second with a flick of its tail!

Memorial Day in Camden Maine 2009

Yesterday it started out peacefully. Later we walked to the library and watched the parade. After the parade we returned home and jumped into the car and went to the Rockport parade. Two girls from the Girls Scouts through a wreath into the water and it was followed by a 21 gun salute. The gun salute was really loud.

Today the sun didn't come out. It rained a little and we are stuck inside the house. Maybe later we will go to some yard sales. We tried to capture some ants but there was hardly any outside.
